The crème de la crème of the fashion industry were on hand yesterday to attend Chanel's 2012-13 cruise show at the Palace of Versailles.
The much-anticipated show took place in the French palace's stunning gardens, with the collection itself serving up a punk-modern twist to the Marie Antoinette era.
Chanel's make-up director Peter Phillips was on hand to create the beauty look; think pastel wigs and fairy floss pink cheeks.
Oh, and we can't forget those interlocking C face tattoos (to be sold as part of a makeup set aptly called the Collection Versailles de Chanel).
